Stabilization
Services

We provide support and resource connections to help families maintain stable housing, financial stability, and grow in their career paths.

Stabilization Services at FPJ are available to families and individuals who have completed one of our programs, as well as those who may not qualify for shelter but still need support. Our goal is to connect people to the resources they need to succeed — not only in housing, but in all areas of life.

Individualized Support

We focus on each person’s unique needs and tailor services accordingly. Through ongoing case management, we help participants set and achieve goals related to long-term housing stability and overall well-being.

Comprehensive Solutions

Homelessness has many causes, and housing stability requires many solutions. Our stabilization efforts may include:

  • Workforce Development – Employment support and job readiness

  • Financial Capability – Budgeting, financial literacy, and savings guidance

  • Partners in Housing – Access to permanent and supportive housing options

  • Health & Wellness – Connections to physical and mental health resources

  • Basic Needs Support – Childcare referrals, food assistance, clothing, and furniture

Community Partnerships

We collaborate with agencies and partners across the Juneau community to provide coordinated, wraparound support. By leveraging local resources and volunteer strengths, we help ensure families and individuals have what they need to remain stably housed.

Our Commitment

Our goal is not simply helping people find housing — it’s helping them keep it.

By identifying local needs and connecting people to the right resources at the right time, we work to ensure families move forward with stability and are no longer at risk of homelessness.
