Founder of FPJ and pastor at Shepherd of the Valley Church. Tari's husband is a police officer, her kids are brilliant, and her dog Cassiopeia is delightful. She juggles rubber chickens and has four real chickens who have survived multiple bear encounters.

Lisa was long time Section Chief, General Counsel of the Alaska Section of NOAA before retiring in 2017. Lisa brings incredible experience and passion to the board. She is also passionate about yoga, and is planning a six week trip to India to study.

Pat is a active Juneau community member. She can often be found volunteering at the Family Promise day center or in her garden cultivating surprisingly large turnips. She has been with FPJ since the beginning and tells our story with passion and conviction.

Peter Mores joined the FPJ board in 2018 and immediately became an active leader. He is a Vice President at Shattuck and Grumment Insurance and enjoys playing softball with his family.

Joe Orsi is a member of Chapel By The Lake and recently retired after a 35-yr career as a salmon research biologist.  Joe is married to Julie and they have three grown married kids and two grandsons.  In his spare time Joe grows copious amounts of garlic and other produce on his small-scale farm near Auke Bay. He enjoys sharing the fruits of his labor with others and also selling at local Farmers Markets.

Soapy was a long time realtor in Juneau before retiring. His relationship with the realty community is a natural connection for Family Promise. He is also a good friend and a friendly van driver for our guests.

Kelly is a school counselor at Floyd Dryden Middle School. She joined the board in 2018 and is active on two committees and provides a liaison to the school district.
